A Delicious Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and melted butter.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish to ensure even cooking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
