Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium-sized beetroots cooked and grated
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill chopped, to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Create a well in the center and add warm water.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. While dough rests, prepare the filling.
  6. Divide dough into equal portions and roll out each piece.
  7. Spoon the filling onto half of each circle and fold.
  8. Cook filled gözleme on a hot, dry skillet.
  9. Serve warm with a side of yogurt or salad.
