Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine orzo, vegetable broth, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the frozen peas and crumbled feta, mixing gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Once finished, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
