- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine orzo, vegetable broth, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the frozen peas and crumbled feta, mixing gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Once finished, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
