Ingredients
  

  • 4 beef hot dogs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup green cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and jalapeño in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cabbage and grated carrot; toss to coat.
  4. Set the slaw aside to let the flavors develop.
  5. Place the hot dogs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

  7. Remove the hot dogs from the grill and let them rest briefly.
