Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens arugula, spinach, romaine
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/3 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the salad greens.
  2. Slice the strawberries.
  3. Dice the avocado.
  4. Slice the cucumber and red onion.
  5. Chop the walnuts.
  6. Make the dressing.
