Add sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the skillet, then pour in the chicken broth.
Reduce heat and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
