Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers red, yellow, green
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture
  2. Add in the vegetables and seasonings
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the tortillas
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly
  5. Chill the rolled tortillas
