Carefully cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, packing it in gently.
Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a greased baking dish.
Bake the salmon for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the stuffing is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
