Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup ice-cold water
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight
  2. Cook the chickpeas
  3. Blend the tahini and lemon juice
  4. Add garlic, salt, and chickpeas
  5. Incorporate water gradually
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings
  7. Serve with olive oil drizzle
