Ingredients
  

  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • Honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Layer slices of Brie cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Spread a spoonful of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce.
  8. Drizzle honey over the crostini before serving.
