Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ground sausage.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the sausage balls to cool slightly before serving.
