Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ground sausage.
  3. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the sausage balls to cool slightly before serving.
