Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: paprika or cumin for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas and avocado.
  3. Add tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
