Creamy Baked Cranberry and Cheese Delight

Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cranberries, shredded cheddar cheese, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of crackers or sliced baguette.
