Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Add the hummus, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
