Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and set aside.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the ravioli, followed by the sautéed chicken and half of the Alfredo sauce.
Add the remaining ravioli and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the dish cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
