Stir constantly until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is smooth.
Fold the cooked macaroni and diced chicken into the cheese sauce.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let the dish cool slightly before serving.
