Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 ripe kiwis sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 medium apple sliced
  • 1 cup melon honeydew or cantaloupe, cubed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fruits.
  2. Cut the fruits into appropriate sizes.
  3. Arrange the fruits on the tray.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Chill and serve.
