Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup bok choy or spinach
  • Sriracha or chili oil optional

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken stock and water in a large pot.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste.
  3. Add sesame oil and adjust seasoning.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Prepare the soft-boiled egg.
  6. Assemble the ramen bowls.
  7. Top with greens, egg, and garnish.
