Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour in the broth or water, stirring to combine.
  7. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
