Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and egg.
Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into patties, about 3 to 4 inches in diameter.
Lightly spray both sides of the crab cakes with cooking spray.
Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Remove the crab cakes from the fryer and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
