Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and pulse again until well combined but not completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
Lightly brush or spray the falafels with olive oil before air frying.
Place the falafels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove the falafels from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
