Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rinsed chickpeas, olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the chickpea mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
