  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken wings by patting them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine the baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Toss the dried wings in the spice mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; wings should be crispy and golden.
  8. Allow the wings to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
