- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef and potatoes.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the sautéed garlic and butter mixture to the crockpot.
- Place the beef chunks into the crockpot.
- Add the diced potatoes over the beef.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Check for seasoning and serve warm.
