  • 400 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare the coconut filling
  2. Shape the coconut filling into bars
  3. Chill the bars
  4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil
  5. Coat the coconut bars in chocolate
  6. Chill again to set
  7. Serve and enjoy
