Prepare your banana mixture by mashing the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
In a saucepan, combine the butter and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and gently fold in the mashed bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into a prepared 8x8 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares for serving.
