Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry 2 sheets
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Swiss or cheddar
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  5. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares (about 4x4 inches).
  6. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and press the edges to seal.
  8. Brush the tops of the puffs with the beaten egg.
  9. Arrange the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  11. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
