Delicious Baked Brie with Cranberries for Entertaining

Baked Brie with Cranberries made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 round Brie cheese about 8 oz
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Baguette or crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cranberry topping by mixing cranberries with brown sugar, rosemary, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place the Brie on a baking dish or oven-proof skillet.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the Brie and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s gooey and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with slices of baguette or your choice of crackers.
