Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cranberry topping by mixing cranberries with brown sugar, rosemary, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Place the Brie on a baking dish or oven-proof skillet.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the Brie and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s gooey and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with slices of baguette or your choice of crackers.
