Delicious Breakfast Bundt Cake for Every Morning

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  7. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  8. Fold in the maple syrup and nuts, if using.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  12. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
