Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well mixed.
Add the ranch or blue cheese dressing and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
