Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red grapes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Prep chicken by shredding cooked meat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayo, and mustard.
  3. Add chopped celery, green onions, grapes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
