- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
