Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 hoagie or French rolls
  • Sliced provolone or Swiss cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the beef roast
