Ingredients
  

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 150 g roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the roasted red peppers if using fresh ones.
  2. Combine feta cheese and roasted red peppers in a food processor.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, then blend.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then blend again to combine.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill briefly.
