Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup warm water about 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives

Method
 

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, salt, warm water, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place covered with a towel for about 45 minutes to an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
  9. Add your chosen toppings evenly across the cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
