Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup baby spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers diced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by mixing all filling ingredients.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.

  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end.
