- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet, stirring to coat with oil and garlic.
- Pour in the drained pasta, mixing it with the kale and garlic.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
