Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangular or square shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow the breadsticks to cool for a few minutes before cutting them into desired shapes.
