Delicious Maple-Glazed Salmon at Home

Maple-Glazed Salmon made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by mixing maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  4. Brush the maple glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
