Delicious Mini Cheese Ball Bites for Any Occasion

Mini cheese ball bites made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs like chives and parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup assorted toppings chopped nuts, everything bagel seasoning, bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and feta cheese until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to the cheese mixture.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Roll each ball in your chosen toppings until fully coated.
  5. Chill the cheese ball bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with a side of sour cream if desired.
