Delicious Mini Quiches for Every Occasion

Mini Quiches made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
  • 1 cup vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onion, etc.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour and butter.
  2. Add cold water to form the dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out rounds.
  4. Press the dough rounds into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Pre-bake the crusts.
  6. Prepare the filling with eggs, milk, and seasonings.
  7. Add cheese and vegetables to the egg mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crusts.
  9. Bake the mini quiches until set and golden.
  10. Cool briefly and serve warm or at room temperature.
