Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of green cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and blanching the leaves.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until brown.
