Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
Bake the baguette slices for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Remove the crostini from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Layer sliced peaches evenly on each crostini and top with pieces of burrata cheese.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each crostini.
Drizzle hot honey across the assembled crostini to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
