Delicious Pickle Dip Roll-Ups for Snack Lovers

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Add in the finely chopped dill pickles and fresh dill, then mix until combined.
  3. Spread about 1/4 cup of the pickle dip evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dip on each tortilla.
  5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick.
  6. Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
