Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add in the finely chopped dill pickles and fresh dill, then mix until combined.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of the pickle dip evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dip on each tortilla.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick.
- Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
