Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pan: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar; heat until boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until well-coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips until smooth, then spread over the bars.
  7. Allow the bars to cool before cutting into squares.
