- Prepare the pan: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal until well-coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips until smooth, then spread over the bars.
- Allow the bars to cool before cutting into squares.
