Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Roll-Ups made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon capers rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, capers, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla up tightly.
  5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
