Delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip for Home Entertaining

Spinach and Artichoke Dip made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses until well incorporated.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, minced garlic, and artichoke hearts to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with your choice of chips, toasted bread, or veggies.
