Delicious Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.
  4. Marinate the chicken strips in the prepared sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Wrap each chicken strip with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Arrange the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
