Delicious Variations of Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella
  • 1 cup deli meats ham, turkey, or roast beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Lay the deli meats flat over the cheese.
  4. Add fresh spinach and roasted red peppers.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillings.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Wrap the rolled pinwheels in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy!
