Delicious Wedge Salad on a Stick for Any Occasion

WEDGE SALAD ON A STICK made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Green onions sliced
  • Skewers 6-inch wooden or metal

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping them as necessary.
  2. Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedge shapes and skewer each wedge horizontally.
  3. Begin adding the cherry tomatoes onto the skewer, following with bacon bits and blue cheese.
  4. Once the first skewer is ready, repeat the process for additional skewers until all ingredients are used up.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over each assembled skewer or serve on the side for dipping.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving for an extra pop of color and flavor.
